Terms of Service

1. Agreement and provider

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of beejARC, an AI-Powered Engineering Intelligence Platform provided by beejAUM Technology Group, Inc., located in New Jersey, United States. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or accessing or using beejARC, you agree to these Terms. If you use beejARC for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use beejARC.

2. Service description

beejARC is an AI-assisted engineering review and decision-support workflow. It analyzes submitted documents and may produce findings, risks, recommendations, priority and confidence assessments, evidence relationships, Compliance Review Considerations, and related report content. Features and outputs may change as the service evolves.

3. Engineering, professional, and AI limitations

beejARC is not a licensed professional engineer, architect, attorney, code official, inspector, testing agency, or certification body. beejARC does not certify engineering work or code or regulatory compliance; provide professional engineering approval or sealed or stamped deliverables; or approve designs, drawings, calculations, RFIs, submittals, specifications, construction, or field conditions.

beejARC does not replace engineering calculations, design verification, code review, inspections or testing, quality-control procedures, or professional judgment. Compliance Review Considerations identify matters for qualified professional review and are not compliance certifications, determinations, approvals, or guarantees.

Outputs may contain errors, omissions, incomplete information, or incorrect interpretations. You are responsible for independently reviewing and validating all outputs before relying on or acting on them. Where professional review, certification, approval, signature, seal, inspection, code determination, or another licensed or professional action is required, it must be performed by an appropriately qualified professional or authority.

4. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your account and authentication credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. Plan access is personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, resold, shared, or used to circumvent plan limits.

5. Evaluation

Evaluation is a $249 USD one-time purchase that includes up to five successfully completed analyses during seven consecutive days. Access begins after successful payment is confirmed. Failed or incomplete analyses do not consume the allowance.

• Evaluation ends when the seven-day period expires, even if analyses remain. Unused analyses expire and do not roll over.
• Evaluation does not renew automatically.
• Another Evaluation may be purchased only after the current Evaluation expires or its allowance is exhausted.
• Evaluation access is non-transferable.
• Deleting your account ends remaining Evaluation access and forfeits unused analyses. Account deletion does not itself create refund eligibility.

6. Professional subscription

Each successfully paid billing period includes up to 15 successfully completed analyses. Failed or incomplete analyses do not consume the allowance. Unused analyses do not roll over. The allowance resets only when a new billing period is successfully paid.

You may cancel through Manage Billing in your account, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access remains available through that paid period subject to normal account, payment, entitlement, and usage rules. Cancellation during an already-paid period does not create a refund or credit for unused time or analyses.

A failed payment may suspend new analyses. Access may be restored after successful payment, subject to current account and subscription status. You must end an active or otherwise renewable Professional subscription before account deletion can proceed; a scheduled cancellation does not permit deletion until the paid subscription and access have actually ended.

7. Payments, refunds, and taxes

You authorize our payment processor to charge the amounts shown at purchase using your selected payment method. Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by beejAUM Technology Group, Inc., purchases and subscription charges are generally non-refundable once charged. This includes unused analyses, unused Evaluation time, voluntary account deletion, and cancellation during an already-paid Professional billing period.

beejAUM Technology Group, Inc. may review requests where the service could not reasonably be provided or another exceptional circumstance warrants review. Nothing in these Terms creates an automated or guaranteed refund entitlement.

Displayed prices may exclude applicable taxes. Taxes may be added or collected where required by applicable law.

8. Submitted documents and data

You retain your rights in submitted documents. You represent that you own or have all authority, rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to upload and process each document. Do not submit documents unlawfully, in violation of another person's rights or obligations, or with unnecessary sensitive or confidential information.

Our handling of submitted documents, account information, AI processing, service providers, retention, and privacy requests is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You may not:

• use beejARC unlawfully or to violate another party's rights;
• bypass access, security, sequencing, or usage controls, or use automated means to overload or disrupt the service;
• introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with service operation, or access another user's account or data;
• misrepresent beejARC output as a professional certification, approval, seal, inspection, code determination, or guaranteed compliance conclusion; or
• copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

10. Ownership and permitted use

beejAUM Technology Group, Inc. and its licensors retain all rights in beejARC, including its software, workflow, interfaces, branding, and service materials. Subject to these Terms and your plan status, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use beejARC for your internal professional or business purposes.

As between you and beejAUM Technology Group, Inc., you retain your rights in submitted documents. You may use outputs generated for you, subject to these Terms, third-party rights, and your duty to independently validate them. No ownership or permitted-use term makes an output professionally approved or fit for reliance without appropriate review.

11. Availability, changes, and suspension

We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of beejARC. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse prevention, nonpayment, service integrity, or enforcement of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

12. Account termination and deletion

You may request account deletion through the authenticated account controls, subject to applicable Professional subscription restrictions. Deletion forfeits remaining access and does not create refund eligibility. We may suspend or terminate an account for material or repeated violation of these Terms, unlawful use, security risk, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.

13. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEEJARC IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." BEEJAUM TECHNOLOGY GROUP, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS ARE COMPLETE, CORRECT, CURRENT, COMPLIANT, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY ENGINEERING, DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, SAFETY, CONTRACTUAL, REGULATORY, OR OTHER DECISION.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEEJAUM TECHNOLOGY GROUP, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO BEEJARC, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO BEEJARC OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR BEEJARC DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless beejAUM Technology Group, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your submitted documents, unlawful or unauthorized use of beejARC, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any rights or forum that applicable law does not permit you to waive, disputes arising from these Terms or beejARC will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as beejARC, our commercial offerings, or applicable requirements change. We will publish revised Terms with an updated effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. General terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and beejAUM Technology Group, Inc. concerning beejARC unless a separate written agreement expressly controls. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or operation of the service.
